For over 15 years, I've thrived in the dynamic world of construction. I'm a highly experienced Senior Planner at McLaren Construction Group, based in London. I've been fortunate to work on a diverse range of projects, from local authority residential schemes to high-rise boutique hotels, and from data centers and shopping centres to large-scale exhibition facilities and city-centre office buildings. My educational background underpins this expertise. I hold an MBA in Innovation Management, which enhances my strategic thinking, and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology. The venue's world-class facilities are being enhanced through a 25,000m² (270,000ft²) expansion on the eastern side. This development will incorporate additional ICC convention facilities, exhibition halls, and conference rooms, alongside dedicated outdoor spaces. Adhering to the highest sustainability standards, construction is taking place without disrupting the existing venue's operations.
A new, robust data centre was built, replacing an older facility. Designed for future growth, it has dedicated space for data storage with room for expansion. The entire building has top-of-the-line security, reliable power, and advanced climate control to keep your data safe and accessible.
A complex cut and carve vertical extension of Queensgate Shopping Centre in Peterborough.
The development comprises a new residential and leisure quarter, featuring a 53,000 square foot landscaped public square. This square is surrounded by a 29,000 square foot multiplex cinema, a 130-bedroom hotel, 200 private and affordable apartments, and 25,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space at ground level. Additionally, there is a secure 6-story underground car park.
The project was a redevelopment of a site on 40 Marsh Wall following the demolition of a 1990’s three-storey office building. The new construction of a 40 storey flagship Novotel Hotel for Accor UK in the form of a 120m high glazed tower.
